Ekie the Shade - Hero of Bamf

Born with greater than average magic abilities and the ability at being quiet Ekie was singled out to be trained in the ways of illusion and spycraft.  She quickly became a trusted agent of the Sisters of Selene and sent out to look for trouble.

Background:
Ekie was assigned to watch the bordertown of Rocktower where there has recently been a lot of activity with Tal religious Shamans demanding access to the ruins beneath the city.
Ekie sees an old friend Cal HaveSword get involved in a bout between mercenaries and decides to help the dumb lout.  Cal is lucky he is better looking than he is smart. When an incident with a prominent Rabex official threatens to rekindle a war with the Rabex Republic she decides to use Cal to cautiously investigate the situation.  Cal however does nothing cautiously and soon she is on his heels attempting to clean up his mess.

Strengths:

• Mission oriented - Heavily trained by the Sisters of Selene, Ekie is highly focused on completing whatever mission comes her way.
• Powerful illusionist - Ekie can make herself or other things disappear visually.  She can also make impressive or frightening visuals appear.  She is not able to mimic sound.
• Martial Training - For a wizard Ekie is well trained in swords and other martial forms.  She was raised in the monastery of Selene where swordcraft was a way of life.  Her mother was the Swordstress Adriana Quickdeath known for killing people so quickly that her blade was never seen.
• Spycraft - Ekie is trained as an espionage agent.  She knows what to look for, how to size up people and how to think tactically through complicated situations.
• Assassination / Backstab - While capable of going toe to toe, Ekie can use your illusion and her skills with the blade to take out foes before she is there.  She is mission oriented and willing to do what it takes.
• Has limited offensive magic - While primary an illusionist Ekie does have some other magic capabilities.  She is not good at other forms of magic and it take a lot out of her.  However she can summon them up in a pinch.
• Information Networks - Ekie has access to the spy network of the Sisters of Selene and the Crow Rangers giving her intel.  This gives her information that others would never be able to access.
• Safe Houses /Agents - Ekie has access to a variety of assets including Safe Houses and other agents of the Sisters of Selene.  These agents have a variety of skills that can be utilized when in need.

Weaknesses:

• Gruff personality - Ekie is all business.  While to trained to manipulate people Ekie is can be blunt and brutal with her guard down.  
• Dishonest - Ekie is willing to do whatever it takes to complete her mission including lieing to her friends.  For this reason she has few friends and often works alone.
• Armor - While Ekie can move silently and be hidden once found she has very little defense.  In order to be silent and enhance her magic abilties she wears a special cloak.  The Cloak increases her illusion abilties but does nothing to stop swords, arrows or explosions.
• Weak at other forms of magic beyond illusion - While capable of doing spells outside of illusion they are not a strength.
